Data stewards are primarily tasked with enriching data in Web UI. The process includes identifying objects, enhancing object details, and sharing object data with downstream systems.
The faceted Search Screen allows users to find the data they need and then provides several ways to enrich the data, for example, using an editor screen or an export. Other components can complement the Search Screen to improve the user's work experience.
Important: Primary feature components must be installed before optional components.
The availability of the Search Screen's full functionality is managed by the components and licenses defined below. For on-premises systems, instructions for installing components can be found in the 'SPOT Program' topic in the System Administration documentation found in 'Downloadable Documentation'. For Stibo Systems SaaS environments, contact Stibo Systems Support. Contact Stibo Systems to begin the process of enabling a license or licenses for your system.
Important: Activation and configuration for the faceted Search Screen and Elasticsearch should not be done without the assistance of Stibo Systems.
