Current Update - December 10, 2025
This release highlights our persistent effort to boost system efficiency, dependability, and durability. Together with compelling customer-driven features, we've corrected various issues and executed meaningful infrastructure enhancements. We're simultaneously preparing sophisticated capabilities scheduled for later deployments.
This update includes new features, error corrections, planned channel updates, redesigned and enhanced documentation, and future update preview.
New Features
The new functionality is described below:
- Improved Responsiveness for Suppliers
- Improvements to Process Overview
- Update Flags in Configured Channels
- New Introductory Landing Page for Enhanced Content in Channel Portal
Improved Responsiveness for Suppliers
Brands working with small sets of products at a time should see a significant improvement to the responsiveness of the application when performing a number of operations, such as product creation and importing to a channel.
Improvements to Process Overview
In this update, the Process overview, which displays important processes (workflows) that were initiated in PDX, has been enhanced.
Navigation has been improved. Users can now see all processes initiated and/or completed for products on a single screen with all statuses viewable. Users will no longer need to move from tab to tab in order to see processes in different statuses.
Available information has been expanded through the addition of two new columns:
-
Estimated time to completion — this column provides the user the estimated time of completion for a currently active process.
-
Actions — for processes that have not yet completed, users can click on the ellipses (...) in this column to cancel that process. The status of the process will be changed from
to
.
Note: Regular users can cancel processes they initiated. Client Admins have broader cancellation privileges and can cancel their own processes, processes initiated by teammates, and even processes initiated by the ‘System.’
All existing filtering options continue to be supported.
For more information on using the Process overview, refer to the Process Overview topic in the current documentation.
Update Flags in Configured Channels
With this release, all Configured channels have been updated with the following functionality:
-
PDX will keep track of all submitted attribute values.
-
If a product attribute is updated after the most recent submission, the PDX UI will show a blue triangle on the attribute in the ‘Product Details’ view of the product.
-
When hovering over a blue triangle, users can see the previously submitted value.
This new functionality is useful for tracking precise changes that were made to a product during its channel lifecycle / workflow.
New Introductory Landing Page for Enhanced Content in Channel Portal
A new landing page to learn more about Enhanced Content Onboarding in the Channel Portal has been added. If Enhanced Content Onboarding has not yet been enabled in Channel Portal, clicking on the Enhanced Content settings widget will provide a concise, informative overview with an option to request more information through a chat window. If you are interested in a demonstration or would like a trial of Enhanced Content Onboarding capabilities, contact your Stibo Systems representative.
Error Corrections
The following error correction is described below:
| Description |
|---|
|
Previously, the Process Overview Widget in the PDX dashboard did not always update correctly. As a result, the Process Overview Widget would sometimes show old and outdated process statuses. This has now been fixed and the Process Overview Widget will now update when process notifications arrive. |
Planned Channel Updates
The planned channel updates are listed below:
1WorldSync Channel Update
There are currently no planned updates to the PDX 1WorldSync channels scheduled. These release notes will be updated when a new schedule is ready.
Brandbank Channels Update
The Brandbank channels in PDX are scheduled to be updated to match the Brandbank Release 20 on February 23, 2026.
The exact content of the Brandbank release will be announced by NBB here: https://integrationhub.brandbank.com/documentation/data-model-releases (login is required).
Redesigned and Enhanced Documentation
This release introduces the first stage of our redesigned and enhanced documentation for PDX. In this update, a new Sidebar section has been added, which includes new topics and a reorganization of existing topics. Watch for regular announcements regarding documentation updates.
Future Update Preview
The following will be available in a future update:
Channel Hierarchy in Mapping Screen
We are currently working on improving the overview of mappings in hierarchical channels, such as 1WorldSync and Configured Channels with multiple receivers, by introducing a channel hierarchy in the mapping screen:
Export of LOVs to Excel
We are also improving our channel export capabilities by adding LOV-based validations, to help ensure that enrichment to the product data will be compliant with channel requirements upon re-import.
Note: Future update deliveries are subject to change.
Next Update
The next update to PDX is scheduled for January 12, 2026.
