Current Update - October 09, 2025

This release demonstrates our ongoing commitment to enhancing system reliability, performance, and overall platform integrity. Combined with targeted improvements addressing user needs, we've resolved numerous issues and implemented significant infrastructure enhancements. Additionally, we continue to build new functionality that will be introduced in upcoming releases.

This update includes Channel Portal updates, error corrections, planned channel updates, and future update preview.

Channel Portal Updates

Control of enhanced content in the Channel Portal

Retailers now have control over the structure of supplier-generated enhanced content through the Channel Portal. In the Channel Portal, they can define which modules are valid for use, set limits on how many times each module can appear, and specify the total number of modules allowed in a single piece of content. These requirements are enforced for all supplier submissions, ensuring that only compliant content is sent for review. Retailers can update these configurations at any time, and any changes made will trigger re-validation of all supplier-prepared records. Additionally, when a new module becomes available, it will automatically be made accessible to all retailers. The ability for retailers to make all of their suppliers follow the same guidelines will enable the retailer's platform to have high-quality, consistent product listings, which will help with sales.

Description

Amazon Seller Channels: Product Stuck in Submitted With this release, we have improved PDX's handling of responses from the Amazon Seller Channel. Previously, products that were returned from Amazon with an Accepted message, while at the same time also including issues on the product, were not handled correctly by PDX. As a result, such Products were left in the Submitted state. This has now been fixed: If Amazon responds with an Accepted message that also includes issues on the products, these products will be marked as Returned and will include a list of the issue(s) reported by Amazon.

The planned channel updates are listed below:

1WorldSync Channel Updates

The next 1WorldSync Channel update to the IM 8.67 + 3.1.33 GDSN release is scheduled for November 15, 2025.

Brandbank Channels Update

The Brandbank channels in PDX are scheduled to be updated to match the Brandbank Release 19 on November 17, 2025.

Future Update Preview

The next update on October 29, 2025, should include the following:

• We are currently working on improving the Mapping Screen, with a specific focus on improving the overview of mappings in Hierarchical Channels, such as 1WorldSync and Configured Channels with multiple receivers

Over the next release, we will coordinate the first group of users for early testing of this feature.

• We are also improving the export of products from Channels. Specifically, the download of List Of Value based attributes will also include the relevant List of Values in the Excel sheet.
