Updating Documents in Flatplanner

When Flatplanner pages are finalized in InDesign and saved to STEP, the mounted content and layout reflects how the data and layout appeared in STEP at the moment the page was created. If changes are made later to the corresponding content in STEP (for example, attribute values or referenced images), or if the layout if altered by rearranging frames on the Flatplan or on the InDesign page, the actual pages become out of sync with the content and page layout in STEP.

When a content or plan layout mismatch occurs, options are available both within the STEP Workbench and within InDesign to automatically update page content without having to rebuild the pages anew.
