Perspective types

A perspective type must be specified when adding a new perspective. Because each perspective type serves a distinct purpose, different customization options will be made available in the toolbar depending on which type you've selected.

Currently, the available perspective types include:

• Task perspective - Organize tasks assigned to you and act upon those tasks with a Task perspective.

• Browse perspective - Explore your data via a customizable tree with a Browse perspective.

• Collection perspective - Organize and edit subsets of data pulled from search results with a Collection perspective. Collection perspectives can also be created using the "Add to collection" toolbar action.
