Searching Commercial Data

Products within a commercial list can be located easily using the Search feature. Follow these steps to search for specific products in a commercial list.

1. Navigate to the relevant publication in the Tree, then expand the Commercial Data folder.
2. Select the relevant commercial list, then click the Price List tab.
3. Expand the Content of area to view the content of the list.
4. In the Product field, enter a product name or ID, or use an asterisk to enter part of a name or ID, and then click Search.

5. The search results are displayed.

6. To show the entire content of the list again, leave the search field blank, then click Search.
