Guided Data Entry is a feature that allows admin users to configure a simple data enrichment workflow in Web UI for end users. This feature can be used for end users who may not have (or need) a lot of experience or training in the STEP Web UI, as each screen displays only:
- attributes and attribute groups that require values to be added
- reference types for which a specific reference must be added
Guided Data Entry's screen-by-screen progression, or 'steppers,' can be configured to show any number of attributes and references, as well as which attribute or reference is mandatory for completion of the stepper. Non-mandatory fields can be filtered out on each screen by the end user.
