Display Mode - Multi Edit

Shows objects from a Node List in a configurable table. This table allows for the editing of objects. Freeze Panes can be enabled directly on the Multi Edit Display Mode component. Additionally, the Hide Equal and Mark Different actions are available for this view type.

Configuring Multi Edit Display Mode Properties

  • Context Help: The context help shown when hovering over the Multi Edit view icon.
  • Headers: The headers that show in the Multi Edit Display Mode table.
  • Property Direction: Determines if the headers initially displayed vertically or horizontally.
  • Reload After Save: Checking this reloads the node list after a successful save.
  • Title: The text name that displays on the button that enacts the Multi Edit Display Mode.
  • User Immediate Save: If set to true, saves are done immediately as part of each edit operation.

Group Options

  • Groups Initially Open: Determines if attribute groups should be open by default. This is always true if headers are not shown.
  • Show Empty Group Headers: Check if the header should be visible if the group is empty. This can only happen if Show Only Valid Attributes is true and there are no valid attributes in the group.
  • Show Group Headers: Check if a header should be shown for attribute groups.

Advanced

  • Dimensions: Optional changes to the standard table dimensions.
  • Display Mode Height: The height of the top half of the screen in pixels (px) where the items are displayed. Only applicable when Show Details is true. Set to 600 px by default.
  • Enable Filtering: Enables filtering of the data.
  • Enable Freeze Panes: Check to enable freeze panes.
  • Enable User Configurable View: Enables user configurable views.
  • Title Display: Controls what is being displayed as the title.
  • Show Details: Check if the detail panel should be visible below this table.
  • Show Only Valid Attributes: Check if only valid attributes should be shown.
  • Show Top Item Details on Load: If set, details for the first items will be opened on load.
