ISSUE-372601 - Change Log leak fixed
Rows in the Change Log table were leaked from changes on temporary collections. This has been corrected so that changes of temporary collections are no longer logged into the Change Log table.
ISSUE-373465 - Mandatory value fix for Target Attribute and Link Attribute columns
In Web UI, Target Attribute and Link Attribute columns in the References component will now show an asterisk for mandatory attributes. Additionally, the columns now report a missing mandatory value when the value has been cleared.
ISSUE-380566 - Matching algorithm with a business function dependency fix for import
Previously, an exception was raised and the import failed when an existing matching algorithm with a business function dependency was updated. This has been fixed.

ISSUE-382537 - Toolbar action button fix for Attribute Management screen
The toolbar action buttons on the Web UI Attribute Management screen that require a selection to work is now only enabled when there is at least one item selected in the table. A hotfix is available for step-10.0-mp2.
ISSUE-382864 - Maximum number of displayable children message fix for Tree Navigator
When the Web UI Tree Navigator was configured to hide leaves but was expanded to show child items, the warning message that the maximum number of displayable children has been exceeded will no longer be shown.
ISSUE-383287 - Fix / clarification for Exclude parameter within Meta Data Text Filter
Meta Data Text Filter now prefers values from attributes linked directly to the node.
ISSUE-388400 - Reference import attribute value fix
Previously, when importing a reference to an object that did not exist in the database and is defined later on in the import file, and within the reference definition, an attribute value on the reference was defined but the attribute value was not set. This has been corrected so that the attribute value is populated.
ISSUE-388863 - Multi Context screen fix for Columns Control component
Fixed an issue where the Multi Context screen was not shown correctly under the Columns Control component on the Web UI Node Editor.
ISSUE-389013 - Corrected treatment of the Node List Enable Locale Formatting parameter
Fixed a mismatch between formatting of ISO date and ISO datetime values in the Web UI Node List and the pattern shown in empty cells. Now, the Table Header 'Attribute Value Group' will correctly treat Enable Locale Formatting parameter when displaying ISO date / time values in the Web UI Node List.
ISSUE-389849 - Export reference permission fix
During an export, the exporter now skips references that the user does not have permission for. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-391439 - System settings import fix
An error occurred when importing system settings where 'TableDefaultWidthUnit' or 'TableDefaultHeightUnit' had not previously been configured. This has been fixed.
ISSUE-393895 - Sorting fix for numeric value attributes with validation base type of 'Text'
Numeric values for attributes with the validation base type of 'Text' are now sorted correctly on a Web UI Node List.
ISSUE-397158 - Business condition translation fix
In the German version of workbench, if a business condition was edited and the 'On Approval' ('Bei Freigabe') button was clicked and the checkbox 'Bedingung validieren: Vor Freigabe' was checked, then the resulting value was shown as 'Bedingung nach Freigabe validieren.' This has been fixed so that the resulting value is 'Bedingung vor Freigabe validieren.'
ISSUE-402412 - Data Container Table View reloading issue fix
The Data Container Table View will now only reload once after edits are made, rather than reloading multiple times in the workbench.
ISSUE-402752 - Error prevention for system events in business actions for workflows
An issue was found when clicking on a business rule for a workflow. The workflow had a state with a 'Trigger STEP Workflow Event' business action, and the business action referred to a system event. An error message 'Event [EventId] is not legal for state [StateId] in the STEP workflow [WorkflowId]' was shown. The solution is to allow system events in business actions for workflows. This prevents the error message.
ISSUE-403429 - STEP'n'design server error fix
Intermittent server errors caused a pagination to fail with an 'Invalid response from an upstream server' error with STEP'n'design. Now, the STEP'n'design plugin detects recoverable server errors and automatically retries pagination when applicable. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-403550 - Solution for apostrophes causing Smartsheet validation errors
Now, Excel Smartsheets will correctly unescape the apostrophe character when showing it in a Node Picker and in the cell itself, which will resolve validation errors.
ISSUE-404129 - Workbench memory fix for IIEP wizard
In the workbench, the Inbound Integration Endpoint Wizard had a memory leak which could have resulted in an OutOfMemory error. This has been fixed.
ISSUE-404234 - Scripting API performance improvements
Performance enhancements have been made to the Scripting API framework to improve the speed when verifying if the API is whitelisted. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-405018 - Reference table component header fix
Fixed a bug that occurred when the user clicked on the header of the References component in the Web UI. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-406213 - Loqate Cloud Caller and Trillium Address libraries updated
Third party libraries for Loqate Cloud Caller and Trillium Address quality plugins have been updated to prevent errors caused by outdated libraries.
ISSUE-406352 - Default Tab Index fix
Fixed an issue where the Default Tab Index, determined by Business Function, was not taken into account when navigating from the Web UI Node List (configured on a Node Editor with tabs) to another Node Editor by clicking on an Item ID.

Fixed an OutOfMemory error that occurred when purging large classifications from the Recycle Bin. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.

Fixed a NullPointerException (NPE) in a customer-specific component.
ISSUE-413415 - SPOT hotfix installation fix
When installing hotfixes with SPOT, it was possible to apply a hotfix that only applied to software not installed on the system, thus hiding user error. This has been fixed so that SPOT refuses to apply hotfixes that do not have corresponding software installed on the system.
ISSUE-414117 - BGP logging improvement
Improved BGP logging to make it easier to rewind an event queue to the point before event batch splitting occurred, making it easier to do a complete rewind. A hotfix is available for step-9.0-mp5.
ISSUE-414654 - Basket screen and task list select item count fix
In the basket screen and task list in Web UI, the number of selected objects displayed was wrong when 'select all' was used and then filtering was applied. This has been fixed so that the selection shows the proper number of objects. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.

ISSUE-414941 - Corrected issue with the Referenced Asset Representation
Corrected an issue with the Referenced Asset Representation Web UI component replacing assets when using an Asset Importer Configuration on a reference which is not multi-valued.
ISSUE-415106 - Asset Link component fix for thumbnails
The Asset Link component will now use the full-size thumbnail by default. This fixes an issue that occurred when attempting to download to Microsoft Word.
ISSUE-415311 - Fix for prohibited Classification Product Link selection for export and import
Classification Product Links can be selected for export and import in workbench even if the user does not have the MAINTAIN_LINK_TYPE privilege.
ISSUE-415758 - Value Section component Context Help placement fix
Previously, a Web UI Value Section component placed under another Value Section component did not have the correct Context Help placement inherited from the Node Editor screen. This has been fixed so that the Context Help is in an icon next to the attribute value field.
ISSUE-415991 - Data Issues Report bind message fix
Now, the Data Issues Report bind messages will not be duplicated under attribute value fields on the Web UI Node Editor.
ISSUE-416166 - Logging fix for Cassandra.url properties
Fixed a logging issue that occurred when trying to read unmapped Cassandra.url properties on systems that do not have In-Memory enabled. A hotfix is available for step-10.0-mp1.
ISSUE-416184 - BGP loading fix for Web UI
Previously, a Class Cast exception was thrown on the Background Process Node Details screen when the background process could not be retrieved upon screen loading in Web UI. Now, an Object Not Found screen will be shown. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-416186 - Data Issues Report bind fix
In Web UI, the Data Issues Report bind now correctly shows warning messages.
ISSUE-416413 - Splitter Size Design Mode fix for Draggable Split Panel
Now, the Draggable Split Panel correctly applies the Splitter Size Design Mode property upon initial load of the Web UI Node Details screen.
ISSUE-416814 - Increased Asset Import Configurations displayed
Introduced solution to increase the default number of Asset Import configurations shown when using the Asset Import toolbar action. The new default is 500. To return to the previous default of 50, contact Stibo Systems Support.
ISSUE-416942 - Admin portal logging added
Logging has been added to the admin portal. Because it is GMT, the logging is displayed in the console of the browser and only when the system is in development mode. Information about the server time format is displayed when the Activity tab of the admin portal is loaded. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-417080 - 'Initiate items in STEP Workflow' workflow fix
Now, the 'Initiate items in STEP Workflow' business rule plugin will show the correct workflow.
ISSUE-417160 - Import Manager wizard fix for Excel sheets
A solution was put into place to handle large Excel sheets. The Import Manager wizard had difficulty handling large Excel sheets because it took a long time to determine which format plugin should be used. In some cases, this caused workbench to shut down due to large memory consumption.
This issue has been fixed, making this check use fewer resources via enabling specific properties in the sharedconfig.properties file. The improvement only works on '.xlsx' files, i.e. Open XML Spreadsheet, so if your Excel sheet is saved in an older binary format there will be no improvement. The properties will be enabled by default for 10.1. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-417175 - Advanced Search export results fix
When exporting the search result from Advanced Search in Web UI, it is now possible to export the currently selected nodes (Export current view). Previously, the export would also include sub-nodes of the selected nodes. This has been fixed so that only the selected nodes are exported.
ISSUE-417210 - NullPointerException fix for OIEP event processors
NullPointerException (NPE) errors occasionally occurred when running OIEP event processors. This has been fixed, and hotfixes are available for step-9.1-mp5 and step-9.1-mp6. Additionally, more detailed warning logging of deleted / gone front revisions has been implemented.
ISSUE-417439 - Data Container Table View Editor fix
Now, the Data Container Table View Editor is available on reference-related Web UI components. A hotfix is available for step-10.0-mp1.
ISSUE-417453 - Node List selection fix
Now, a Node List selection will be correctly cleared out after the successful execution of a Run Business Action With Web UI Bind and the Assign actions on a Web UI Task List.
ISSUE-417771 - BMEcat 2005 export fixes
An issue occurred during BMEcat 2005 export. If the configuration contained a (FEATURE) mapping of attribute values and a transformation from an empty attribute value to some not empty value, then the value was not included in the output file when the value of AllowEmptyTag was false. Furthermore, when the mapping was defined on 'Attributes Inherited from Classification,' then all attributes inherited from classification were output for each product even though the attribute was not attached to the product. The solution is to transform empty values (if a transformation exists) and to output an attribute for a product only if it is present for the product.
ISSUE-418528 - Error fix for Smartsheet import with units that contain spaces
Fixed an 'Illegal LOV value' exception that occurred when importing a Smartsheet with a Numeric Text LOV Attribute with units that contained spaces. Hotfixes are available for step-9.1-mp5 and step-9.1-mp6.

ISSUE-418760 - NPE fix for Business Rule

ISSUE-419091 - Licensing issue fix for Smartsheet Export widget
Fixed a licensing issue which caused unexpected errors to appear on the Smartsheet Export widget component in Web UI if a certain license was missing. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-419120 - NullPointerException fix for new attributes

ISSUE-419134 - In-Memory Attribute Search fix
Previously, there was an issue with the In-Memory Attribute Search that sometimes occurred when using regular expressions filtering on the unit part of the value and the exclude search was part of a drill-down search expression.
ISSUE-419209 - Popup warning for Workflow Task maximum
On the Web UI Task List screen, when a user executes the Toolbar Action with 'Select All' selected and the number of items on a selected Workflow Task on a Task List exceeds the maximum of 10,000, a popup warning will display. Hotfixes are available for step-9.2-mp3 and step-9.2-mp5.
ISSUE-419460 - Image Conversion Configuration ID fix for OIEP
Previously, there was an issue where only the first Image Conversion Configuration ID was read from the export template / recorder when running an outbound integration endpoint (OIEP) with In-Memory enabled. This has been fixed, and hotfixes are available for step-9.2-mp3 and step-9.2-mp5.
ISSUE-419722 - Maximum open cursors exceeded error fix
Fixed an issue that caused ORA-01000 errors (maximum open cursors exceeded) in some situations involving products and attribute links during an import. A hotfix is available for step-10.0-mp2.
ISSUE-419799 - Node Editor reload fix
The Web UI Node List, configured on the Node Editor screen, can now reload the Node Editor when reloading itself. The Node List will display the correct state of actions, which are configured on a Node Editor. To enable this property, contact Stibo Systems Support.
ISSUE-420320 - STEP Web Service fix for queryByAttribute
Fixed an issue where the STEP Web Service queryByAttribute returned only one node. Now, the correct results are returned. Hotfixes are available for step-8.2-mp1, step-8.2-mp2 and step-8.2-mp3.
ISSUE-420641 - Scroll bar and save button fix on Node Details screen
Unnecessary scroll bars have been removed from the Node Details screen in Web UI. Additionally, the Save button is now enabled after clearing values in the LOV dropdown. A hotfix is available for step-10.0-mp2.
ISSUE-420825 - Impersonate User Widget fixes
The Impersonate User Widget in Web UI now works with Keycloak authentication. Additionally, an error that occurred when a user tried to impersonate the original logged-in user has been fixed.
ISSUE-420834 - New Corner Bar Locale Selector component

ISSUE-420958 - Fix for table row when taller than max size
STEPInDesign: InDesign sets a default maximum row size for tables to 600 points. If a table row contains content which is taller than the maximum size, InDesign was causing the cell to be overset. Automatically adjust the maximum row size of a table to be the height of the page so as much content as possible is visible. A hotfix for 9.3-mp3 and mp4 is available for this solution.

ISSUE-421214 - Asset push for classification hierarchy fix
When a user attempted to push assets for a classification hierarchy in workbench, the asset push would incorrectly push assets from a single child hierarchy instead of from all the children. This has been fixed.
ISSUE-421215 - Corrected issue with slowness in confirming invalid credentials
Fixed slowness in confirming invalid credentials when logging in to the Web UI or workbench using Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP).
ISSUE-421348 - Read-only attribute formatting fix

ISSUE-421394 - Solution for customers not able to edit search criteria
Now, when a user navigates to the Advanced Search Screen from a Collection Details screen by pressing 'Edit Search Criteria,' a search will not be executed automatically for performance reasons.
ISSUE-421548 - Message deletion disabled for failed BGPs
Introduced a private property to disable deletion of the message file in failed BGPs for IIEPs.
ISSUE-421611 - Workflow Profile Chart fix
Fixed an issue where the Workflow Profile Chart in both Web UI and the workbench were not shown when the profile was configured to show the number of items in a workflow.
ISSUE-422142 - Paragraph tag break fix
Fixed an issue where line breaks inside of the paragraph tag styling on the Web UI Rich Text Editor were not shown correctly on the Web UI Node Editor after saving. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
ISSUE-422183 - Fix for issue with 'Expand LOV Value Changes' in event processor (customer action may be required)
An event processor can be configured to 'Expand LOV Value Changes.' Queues receiving events generated from the event processors will only get the events if the object type for the event matches the triggering definitions in the queue. However, this was not the case if the event was generated from an LOV value change, and the LOV was used from a revised attribute, i.e., the triggering object types in the queue were ignored, and every LOV value change event was accepted into the queue. This has been fixed, such that only events for the triggering object types are accepted to match the expected behavior. Important: This means that misconfigured queues (lacking the proper triggering definitions) no longer receive events for incorrect object types.
ISSUE-422226 - Search Panel NPE fix
A NullPointerException (NPE) was thrown on the Web UI Search Panel when the user reloaded the screen with search results.
ISSUE-422318 - Object Type Search criteria fix
Fixed an issue where the Object Type Search criteria on the Global Navigation Search Panel in Web UI did not remember and restore the selection after the page reloaded. A hotfix is available for step-10.0-mp2.
ISSUE-422328 - Smartsheet export fixes for Web UI
Fixed an issue where Smartsheets exported via Web UI Export Action did not allow sorting by ID. Additionally, when performing a Smartsheet Export Action in Web UI, the user can now avoid navigating to the Background Processes Screen. To enable this property, contact Stibo Systems Support.
ISSUE-422458 - Mapped information for referenced object under child product fix for exports
The issue was found when making an export via an OIEP using multi context splitter. If the leaf products contained inherited references and an attribute on the referenced object was mapped, then the mapped information for the referenced object was omitted for the first child product under each parent product. This is fixed so that the information for the first child product is exported as well as the other child products.
ISSUE-422479 - Optimistic locking error fix for inline references
Fixed an issue where inline references were not properly resolved when comparing the current value with an existing one for possible optimistic locking issues on a Web UI Node Editor. This caused an Optimistic Locking error when the user attempted to save the attribute value with an inline reference.
ISSUE-422725 - XML and XSD file order matching fix
Previously, there was an issue where the XML file order did not match the XSD schema file order. This has been fixed.
ISSUE-422778 - Change for loading a data profile that contains many attributes
If a data profile contains more than 10,000 attributes, then workbench will no longer attempt to load a data profile, as it might result in an Out-of-Memory error. However, the user can now re-configure the data profile to profile less attributes, e.g., configure the data profile to only profile attributes in certain attribute groups.
ISSUE-422884 - Fix for Classification to Product Links export error
Fixed an issue that occurred when users without a privilege to edit Classification to Product Links were getting a validation error in Smartsheet even when no Classification to Product Links were exported.
ISSUE-423024 - Export fix for Publication
Previously, when exporting product data from object type at the publication level in workbench, it resulted in an empty export when a saved configuration was used. This has been fixed.
ISSUE-423039 - Regular expression operator fix for Advanced Search
Fixed an issue with the regular expression (RegEx) operator for metadata values that did not work in References and Referenced By Search descriptors on the Web UI Advanced Search screen.

An issue with diagnostic packages that were too big to import has been solved.
ISSUE-423348 - Print On Demand 'Add Items' button fix
In Web UI, the 'Add Items' button on the Print On Demand was incorrectly disabled. This has been fixed, and hotfixes are available for step-10.0-mp1 and step-10.0-mp2.
ISSUE-423665 - NPE fix for STEPXML file import
Fixed a NullPointerException (NPE) that was thrown when the user imported a STEPXML file with a DeleteDataContainer tag included.
ISSUE-423736 - Key value import fix
When importing data into STEP, if a key value was used to identify an object in the import file, the values for subsequent objects that were not using a key might not get imported. This has been fixed.
ISSUE-424365 - Optimistic locking error fix for Rich Text Editor
An optimistic locking error occurred on the Rich Text Editor in Web UI if the original value contained multiple spaces. This has been fixed.
ISSUE-425967 - Fix for reference type change from globally revised to workspace revised
Fixed an issue that occurred when attempting to change a reference type from globally revised to workspace revised (externally maintained to internally maintained).
REST API V2 colon fix
Previously, if a STEP user's password had a colon in it, it was not possible to view the REST API V2 documentation from the Web UI. This has been fixed, and hotfixes are available for restapiv2-7.0.7, configuration-management-7.0.8, system-management-7.0.1, and step-10.0-mp1.
Sufficiency panel fix for less than and greater than signs
Fixed an issue with displaying less than and greater than tags in the Web UI Sufficiency panel. A hotfix is available for data-sufficiency-7.0.7.
Change Report fix for multi-valued attributes
If multi-valued attribute values were part of a Change Report in the Web UI, the multisep tag was rendered to the user in place of rendering the individual values. This has now been changed so it will separate those values correctly, and a hotfix is available for change-reports-7.0.8.
JMS receiver fix
The dynamic JMS receiver, configured on an inbound integration endpoint, will not process incoming empty messages. Now, it will report a warning to the background process instead. A hotfix is available for jms-integration-7.0.3.
Dun & Bradstreet processing logging added
Logging has been added to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) processing.
Lionbridge translation component fix
Now, the Lionbridge translation component will not cause an unhandled exception and fail when it retrieves files larger than 4 MB from Lionbridge.
Autolink threshold change
Previously, the Dun & Bradstreet Autolink function worked only if a single candidate was found and that candidate was above the threshold. Now, Autolink works when there are multiple candidates found and just one is above the threshold. A hotfix is available for dnb-integration-7.0.21.
Sufficiency Node Value Post action level fix
Now, the Sufficiency Node Value Post action will log on a 'FINE' level instead of 'SEVERE' if the SufficiencyPostAction business action is not configured on the STEP server.
PDS channel name fix
Now, PDS channel names will be shown under the Web UI PDS Channel Status component table instead of the PDS Channel ID.
MongoDB fix for deleted references
Previously, if one or more references to a product were removed and then exported to a MongoDB database, all target references for the product were deleted on the MongoDB database. This has been fixed so that only the correct references are deleted on the MongoDB database. A hotfix is available for mongodbadapter-7.0.53.
Dun & Bradstreet server connection reset solution
Now, an event processor will continue to the next record if the processor encounters a connection reset. For example, if a record has a very long description attribute, then the D&B server will send a connection reset. The record will then be moved to the error state in the workflow.
Message log level decrease for faceted search (Elasticsearch) component
Decreased the log level of non-significant messages in the faceted search ( Elasticsearch) component related to incorrect configuration to avoid flooding into the application logs.
NPE error fix for saved faceted search (Elasticsearch) views
Fixed a NullPointerException (NPE) that was thrown when a user accessed a saved faceted search (Elasticsearch) view that contained fields that are no longer present on Elasticsearch.
Value editing event trigger fix for revised attribute values
Previously, value editing events could trigger Event Queues or Processors, which were not listening for events on those attributes. This occurred when the value being edited was a revised attribute value on a global-revisable entity. This has been fixed, and hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
Data container fix for Excel export
Now, inherited data containers will be correctly exported in Excel format. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and to step-9.3-mp4.
Fix for table row when taller than max size
STEPInDesign: InDesign sets a default maximum row size for tables to 600 points. If a table row contains content which is taller than the maximum size, InDesign would cause the cell to be overset. Now, it automatically adjusts the maximum row size of a table to be the height of the page to display as much of the content as possible. A hotfix for 9.3-mp3 and mp4 is available for this solution.
Asterisk symbol fix for conditionally mandatory attributes
An asterisk now displays correctly for conditionally mandatory attributes in Web UI.
Reference Header component fix
Previously, the Reference Header component was editable in Approved workspaces in Web UI. This has been fixed so that the information is read-only.
Converter selection message fix for OIEP configuration
On the Select Format popup on the OIEP configuration tab in workbench, a message will now explicitly state if a converter selection is missing and the user cannot approve the setup.
REST delivery plugin error fix
Fixed a 302 error status code and now the REST delivery plugin will redirect for all HTTP method types.
Table translation style tag fix
When translating a table, if the table cell contained a tag without proper encoding, then the tag wrapped into an unterminated style tag, which caused an exception. This has been fixed by terminating the style tag.
Attribute fix for merged record in Golden Record Clerical Review Task List
Previously, there was an issue where a blank attribute populated as NULL in the Golden Record Clerical Review Task List for a merged record. Now, the blank attribute displays correctly when merged.
Performance Enhancements
ISSUE-406594 - Live aspects now cached
Live aspects are now cached. The cache can live up to one minute, therefore allowing the latency before the addition or removal of an aspect to be delayed up to that much. Hotfixes are available for step-9.3-mp3 and step-9.3-mp4.
