2023.3 (11.3) Enhanced Features

Enhanced features for this release of PDX include Digital Catalog user management and multiple language capabilities within the catalogs. These enhancements provide benefits to both creators and users of the Digital Catalog.

Digital Catalog user management

The addition of Digital Catalog user management provides customers a streamlined process to manage user permissions for catalogs all from the UI. Customers will now also be able to create Catalogs with multiple languages.

Capabilities

• User management that can be set by the Customer to define who has permissions to a catalog and set an ‘admin’ user of the catalog for each company. The admin then can add other users from their organization to the catalog.

• Catalogs that can contain data in multiple languages.

Benefits

• Streamlined user management to add and remove admin users and allow admins to manage other users from their company.

• Multiple languages in one Catalog versus one catalog per language reduces the number of catalogs that need to be built and maintained.

The PDX Digital Catalog license is required for the functionality described above.
