The submission log is a record of product submissions to channels by date. The log contains the following details: Status, Start Time, Completion time, Channel, Included, Received, Failed, User, and Actions.

Status: identifies the current status of a specific submission. Submission outcomes can be one of the following:

Success —The channel has verified the products from a specific submission and accepted all of them.

Partial — The channel has verified and accepted only some of the products from a specific submission.

Pending — The submission of the product has been started but no response from the channel yet.

Failed — All products in the submission have been rejected or returned.

Start Time: when the submission was started

Completion time: when the submission was completed

Channel: the channel receiving the product submission

Included: total number of products in the submission

Received: number of products in the submission validated and accepted by the channel

Failed: number of products in the submission rejected or returned by the channel

User: ID of user activating the submission

Note: The execution report and download of submitted data are not available for all channels.
Clicking on the 
or the number under the 'Included,' 'Received,' or 'Failed' column will direct the user to the product(s) from the submission record.
Filtering and exporting
Filtering
One or more search filters can be created by clicking the icon underneath the 'Filters' text.
Exporting
You can click on the hamburger icon to export submission data or submitted products.
Note: Not all channels support export. Contact your Stibo PDX representative if you have questions.
