Channels

Clicking Channels within PDX opens ups Channels management. Under Channels management you have two options:

• Direct channels

• Configured channels

By default, the Direct channels tab displays to the user. Direct channels are preconfigured channels that are accessible to the user through login verification. Users must have a verified account to access any existing direct channel. Users, can search for accessible direct channels using the Filter option.

Configured channels, or vendor channels, are set up by the vendors themselves. Refer to the Configured Channels topic for more information.
