The channels screen will open to the channels management screen direct channels by default. The direct channels that appear are the channels that are accessible to the user through login verification. The user can also navigate to configured channels or search for other direct channels in the tool. Users must have a verified account to access any existing direct channel. Direct channels are preconfigured channels. Configured channels, or vendor channels, are set up by the vendors themselves.
