FAQs
Clicking the FAQs menu item will open a new browser tab for FAQs. This URL takes the user to the Advice and answers from the PDX Syndication Team web page.
Documentation
Clicking the Documentation menu item will open a new browser tab for the main Documentation page.
System Status
Clicking the System Status menu item will open a new browser tab for the Stibo Systems SaaS Status web page. Additional documentation is available on the SaaS documentation page.PDX users can access important notifications about system performance, unexpected downtime, or scheduled maintenance. Users can also access directly without logging into PDX by pasting the URL into a browser.
Users can take advantage of the filter services in the Service History to view only those issues related to PDX.
