Stibo Systems provides the STEP Infrastructure Recommendation document to describe how STEP environments should be set up to meet performance and scalability requirements.
The document should be updated when the load on the STEP environments has significantly increased after the infrastructure recommendation was delivered. For example, a significant increase of the load could include a significant increase in the number of STEP users, or a significant increase of the number of objects in STEP. As part of this engagement, review the loads documented in the original infrastructure recommendation document and contact Stibo Systems if that needs to be updated before the start of the engagement.
