Filtering

The filtering functionality, accessed by clicking the Filters button (shown below), enables users to efficiently navigate through enhanced content records by refining the displayed content based on specific criteria. Filters empower users to find the information they need quickly to better proceed with assigned tasks.

To use filters, click the inverted triangle Filters button.

This renders the Filter dropdown dialog that enables users to add as many filters as needed to display a refined list of enhanced content records.

There are three main filtering categories that each come with their own distinct filtering options.

  1. Name: This allows a user to filter by the name of the Template, Dynamic Record, or Static Record. A user further defines the list by selecting either contains, equals, or starts with from the dropdown, before they enter text into the open text field.

  2. Status: This filters on the workflow phase that the Template, Dynamic Record, or Static Record is in. The user must select from the dropdown the workflow phase that they wish to view for the records.

Note: The Status options for workflow phases will differ depending on if the user is on a Template versus a Dynamic Record or Static Record.

  3. State: This distinguishes if there is a change from the norm with one of the Status for the Template, Dynamic Record, or Static Record. The user must select the desired badge to filter upon.

The badge options are the following:

Note: Badge options that can be filtered with States will differ depending on if the user is on a Template versus a Dynamic Record or Static Record.
