  • Updated rendering for better look and feel for retailer agnostic content

Retailer agnostic content has better responsiveness on the Product Detail Page

The retailer agnostic content produced and hosted by enhanced content will become responsive, i.e. automatically adjust to the container it is embedded in on the Product Detail Page (PDP). This will ensure that the product story will retain its quality regardless of the width of the page, and prevent the need for horizontal scrolling.

Updated module rendering for a more premium look and feel

The rendering of retailer agnostic content will be updated to provide a more premium look and feel, and enable brands to leverage up to 50 percent more of the screen real estate to convey product stories, when the Product Detail Page (PDP) allows it.

April 28, 2025: New Functionality

This release includes sections on new functionality, error corrections, the next update date, and a preview of future updates.

Clearer Dynamic and Static Record Statuses

The statuses for Dynamic and Static Records have been made more clear so that users know exactly what stage of the process their records are in. This clarity in status will help with productivity and getting records to market faster. For more information, see the Dynamic Records topic and the Static Records topic.

New Channel Types Widget

The widget on the opening screen in enhanced content is now changed to a list format. This allows for an easier view of active channels in enhanced content, which enables users to navigate to the desired channel more efficiently.

New optimal display of image for Product Detail Page

Product details pages (PDP) now display images more optimally. When a new image is uploaded to the system, or an image is cropped, if it is not already registered in the system, a placeholder image displays for the record preview until it can fully render. This enables proper orientation display of the record and enables the image to render more optimally.

Error Corrections:

  • Fixed an issue in the comparison chart where the same product cannot be uploaded more than once.

  • Fixed an issue where you can no longer publish a record that had no products assigned to it.
